Hello fellow Warriors need your help in solving a mystery, I seem to be having difficulty logging onto commission junction website, I get the error message
"connection to CJ - A Global Leader in Affiliate Marketing Programs, Online Advertising and Search Engine Marketing was interrupted" (this link was not done by me, in case people are wondering) my question is does anyone on here get this same problem?

I have been trying for more than 2 weeks and I still get the same message, and I can't seem to get through to customer service.

Any advice would be appreciated.

    It works fine for me. Perhaps you have a firewall that has blocked access to cj.com? I have a firewall and it blocks many legit sites and have to go into settings to allow these sites to be displayed. It could be a particular cookie they may be using that could cause your firewall to block it.

      I have tried adding them onto my firewall and still cannot get through to them, could there be a reason why they are blocking me considering I have not done business with them before?

      That link does not work for me, that is the problem I seem to have with them.

      I clicked on the link and it gave me a blank page.

        Hmm, well, the problem is not with them, as we can all access it, the problem is on your end.

        Either use a different computer, try clearing out your cookies/cache, turn off your anti-virus software, or whatever else you need to do. But it isn't on CJ's side.

    Have you tried using a different browser, and or a different computer? It is most likely a problem on your end.

      @getsmartt I wish there was a way to get hold of them besides the phone number and maybe they can help me find a work around, but I have tried calling customer service with no response from them.

      I decided to post here to see if anyone has had the problem before or is having the same problem as me. maybe I am been targeted ;-) would like to know why though?
      Considering I have never signed up with them before.
