Email Management for Newsletters that require a subscription?

I was looking at the various email management companies (icontact, mail chimp, constant contact, etc) and was wondering if any of them offer subscription management services.

For example, if I am selling a monthly newsletter on lawn care maintenance, is there one of those services that can send an automatic email that tells the customer there is a charge to be made? And if that charge is not paid, can that customer be automatically removed from the list?

Thanks!

Did you ever come up with a solution? I'm looking at salesforce.com for something like this.

We actually do email (leadgen, list, subscription, whole ball of wax) management at our company. This isn't a promotion as were kinda pricey, but it has always amazed me that the big providers don't offer this.

I think easiest solution to your problem is to use 1shoppingcart and have people signup to your news letter through a recurring product link. Then you can have setting in your 1sc product to add people who buy this product to an auto responder or list. This way only those people will join your list who have paid for a subscription.
