No, it is not.

The fact that the primary person who handles the help desk is in a different time zone might have something to do with the situation. Or he may have seen your ticket and decided he wasn't going to override another moderator's decision. (I don't recall the last time one mod did that to another.)

We've had, at various times, moderators who were black, white, Indian, Chinese and Hispanic that I can think of offhand. We have male and female moderators. And we've got mods from North America, Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia (at least). I don't know of a single person with mod access who would make or tolerate racist comments. Even a hint of that sort of thing would disqualify a person immediately.

You, personally, were banned. Not your account. Creating a new account so you could "demand" an explanation is especially ridiculous given something you're not mentioning to the good folks you're pretending to apologise to.

It may be that the person who originally banned you looked at your profile, found your site, and objected to the section where you're pirating WSOs and Clickbank products.

Think that might warrant banning your precious self?
