tracking202 and clickbank

I'm using tracking202 to track my campaigns and cannot figure out how to integrate the conversion tracking code (step #8) with clickbank? Do I need to contact the individual vendors to put the tracking202 conversion tracking code on their pages, or is there a way to do it in clickbank?

I have a few sales and cannot figure out where they came from? any advice?
