Twitter bots

Although I am a new member, I have been reading the forum for a while...
Im starting to question the "security" of some of the twitter bots/automated software....
Im worried of my account being flagged and suspended. Although I do not add a lot of people daily, I am worried that twitter will noticed I am browsing and doing my activity from the bot....
Should I be worried? What twitter software do you use and recommend?
