How much does something this go for?

Long time lurker, first time poster here!
First, I'd like to say that this is the most informational forum I've ever been a part of. I've literally spent hours crawling through each thread, trying to soak up all the information. It's amazing, and you guys have done a great job.
So, I've worked in internet marketing for various companies (and as a freelancer) for years now - building websites, managing SEO/SEM/PPC campaigns, article marketing, etc. Long story short, I am in the final stages of my first IM product.
It's a beginner's system to search engine marketing, with step-by-step instructions on building a website, applying proper SEO principles, monetizing it and promoting it. Make no mistake, it's very thorough and informative. The product includes over 90 pages and 30 videos on development, keyword research, competitive analysis, etc. I also have step-by-step action plans, flashcards, everything someone needs to succeed.
The problem is I just got the offer of a lifetime to work on a feature film, and filmmaking is my ultimate career goal. Rather than launch the product myself and be unable to provide proper support to my customers, I'm wondering if I could sell the product to other IMers with PLR and MRR.
How much is a product like that worth?
