Finding a good 3 column theme that will work with wide screen youtube videos. This means that the main content section has to be around 650 pixels or so. It seems like every theme I find is bloated, or too narrow.

Getting the time to write content - some of my articles take 4 - 6 hours to write. Current I have been converting videos for the past hour, with another 2 - 3 hours of editing time, plus actually writing the content.

Just getting some backlinks to individual posts so they get some page rank and become worth the effort.

Finding good ways to generate traffic. And I'm not sure which blog directories are really worth submitting to -- there are so many out there. I know Blog Catalog is a good one.

I pay people to think for me.

The problem is that you don't get a lot of high quality thoughts when paying an outsourcer a penny a thought.

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

When I was starting out, the traffic was always an issue for me.

But from what I learned, you need to ask yourself a question which
will make it so much easier: how many visitors per day/month/year
you actually need to be satisfied?

For some 100 visitors is plenty while for others 100 isn't
    even close to being enough.

Another issue I always had trouble with was/is design.

Web designers are expensive and for modifying a wordpress theme
costs even more, that's why I always looked for an easy to edit themes
and design plugins that promised to make my life easier.
