Type Of Continuity Program Poll
I'm planning to start a continuity program that consists of a physical newsletter being mailed to customers. I like the idea of a physical newsletter. I like being able to take it with you, highlight, and take notes in the margins.
*Here's the Rub*
I could do so much more with a digital pdf newsletter. Full color, video, audio etc. so my question to you is given the choice, and if the information was the same, would you rather receive a black and white paper newsletter or a full color digital one that includes video, audio etc.?
I'm also thinking about adding a member's only website that would compliment the newsletter material and provide more of an incentive for joining.
