Private Label Nutrition Industry? Anyone?

Just finished reading my copy of Tim Ferriss's 4 Hour Work Week, which I must say, is a must for ANY entrepreneur, both online and off.
For those who have read his book, you'd recall that he once created BrainQuicken LLC to sell a nutrition supplement called Brain Quicken. DUH!
Personally, I am in quite a few health related niches online, and I would like to explore the possibility of private labeling my own nutrition products as well.
Problem is, I have no freaking idea where to get started.
Anyone here happens to have any idea:
1) ANy trade industry websites, magazines or how-to information products on this?
2) Anyone knows of any good, FDA and GCMP compliant nutrition manufacturers to recommend?
Any help here is completely appreciated!
