Site Apparantly Indexed but it's not..

INTERNET MARKETING

I just searched "site:MyWebsite" in Google and apparantly my site is indexed.

However I looked through every page on Google, and it isn't there. Is Google still determining my websites rank?

It's indexed but not ranking for anything apparently.

When you say you "looked through every page" what do you mean? You typed in your sites name or some keyword?

What do your traffic stats say? Any organic traffic from google?

Google ranks sites approx. once in 3-4 months.
