If you can afford it... How many of you would get your own project manager?

Hey Guys,

I'm fairly new to the forum and I'd like to ask the question. If you can afford it, how many of you would get your own project manager.

Take note, a project manager is different from a Virtual Assistant. They maybe similar but a project manager is equipped to handle and understand your business.

So assuming you can afford it. Barring the trust issue, and whatever other thing you don't want others to manage, how many of you will hire a person that will give/lend their opinion, experience and knowledge on running projects for you.

I for one have 3 project managers running three different businesses for me. I would only consult with them. I need not track all my other employees and what not.

If you can hire what would be your criteria? Price? Nationality? Skill level?

Criteria self sufficiency, Price (rev share), Nationality just speak english excellent. skill level, off the charts,(essentially run day to day operations without needing me, pretend I was in a coma).

yeah, but of course you gotta start training the guy/girl first right? and yeah revshare would be perfect -- unless you know that you're doing well on your own.

      Good points.

I guess your employee will need you for at least 2 months. UNLESS you got a pretty good system into place or have found a very special employee.

I think a system would do better though.

      All the best,
