Banner ads for software question

Im currently getting together an affiliate program for my software product. I'm working on the banners ads for affiliates to use.

My question is, would an affiliate like to use banners for the free (And somewhat limited) edition of the software, or should I make the banners on the larger Editions?

The software is priced at
Free - $0
Light - $19
Standard - $69
Professional - $89
Enterprise - $129

The differences is mainly number of users, and a few more advanced features.

    One more thing
    How many banners do you usually make for your customers?

    I plan on making 8 different sizes in 3 different colors for a total of 24 different banners. With the option of having me custom make a banner for the affiliate if required. Should this be enough?
