E-commerce what to sell ?

I need to select what product to sell in a e-commerce venture of mine in the relatively smaller market of a Eastern European country.


Looking to start with simple products , i.e no electronics that require warranty. Thinking to find an exporter directory on the net ( you know any ? ) , order some thing and well ... just do it !

Want to spend 2 - 3 K initially on products.

    Going for Electronics is not a bad idea for starting phase of your ecommerce portal. Moreover, you can move through Books, Gadgets, Accessories, Consumer Goods, Medical Equipments as well.

    Also do find out the case of legal issues in case of you start with any new product or service at your site. With this, you have to put up some security & authenticated payment gateway for secure & easy of users money transactions too.

      Not trying to be funny here...but start with what people are already buying, and what you can get traffic from.

      Among other things, I run an e-commerce site. One basic product with variations + lots of traffic + me in front of it = $.

    You can start with books, ebooks, different accessories and more stuff that is selling on your e-commerce website.
    Then go through electronics, from there your income will grow up.
