White-Hat marketer required for sound download websites

I am new here to this forum so have to post this here:
I own 2 websites that offer sound effect and production music downloads - one gets approx 100,000 hits per month with 100,000 registered members and 60,000 mailing list recipients (600 new per day) the other approx 30,000 hits per month.
The latter deals in professional sound effects and production music downloads.
We have got to this stage having never marketed and are looking for a 'white-hat' marketer to work with us for a 10% share of all profits with a possible equity share after 1 year based on performance.
