lead magnets

i know lead magnets are used as incentives to get visitors to optin to your site..but how do you guys create them? I see people offering 30 page reports and such and that seems like it would take forever to research and write up. what do you guys do?

    -Create them yourself
    -Outsource somebody to write them for you
    -Use some PLR Reports which you have giveaway rights too.

    Firstly they DO NOT always have to be 30 page reports, I have seen 12 page reports containing hot Gold information - which is somthing that I created .

    The point is, the reports can be short and contain useful information that will help the reader. It is Quality not quantity.

    If you don't want to write it, the other option is you can outsource somebody to research this and write it for you. It won't be cheap though, but see it as an investment.

    You can use PLR Ebooks to start up with and get you going, aslong as you find some in your niche.
