How do you market Chiropractors?

I was doing some reading last night and if I am not mistaken Chiropractors are not allowed to advertise themselves. As much as marketers speak about marketing to dentist, chiropractors, and, other health professionals, I am surprise that this information has been conveniently left out. Now wonder I hadn't seen a chiropractor with a sqeeze page Now, again how do you take on a chiropractor as a client and market them?

I always see them in malls, fairs, etc. doing the free spinal check to get more customers - but you are right. You need to find out what restrictions are put on them by the state licensing agencies.

I'm going way back now but it seems most of the materials I've looked at emphasized the free service like at the malls, networking with places where potential customers might be - like giving a bunch of brochures to mom and pop health stores..

And a big part of the materials were devoted to techniques to get the customer to keep coming back AND to get the customer to be a walking testimonial.

Yes I have had some similar information as to have them market themselves giving away CDs to the community etc. I was thinking social media as well. All they can really do is educate, so, to me the playing field is even in this market. I wish I had known that before I packaged my mailings to them. Now I have to change my promise and presentation. This is gonna take me allday!

For a long time MDs (and probably Osteopaths) were not permitted
to advertise. This may be an AMA matter more than it is a matter of
law, though I am sure there are laws about medical advertising too.

The doctors not advertising thing was about keeping it as an aloof
and gentlemanly profession. Really. It was driven by the hypocratic
oath and other stuff you'd learn in medical school. Sort of a
    code of honor.

Chiropractors and dentists and other non-MDs have always advertised
as far as I know. They might be a bit sheepish about it, but
chiropractic marketing is alive and well and chiropractors are
acutely aware of the marketing challenges of building a thriving
practice... especially since now most insurance doesn't like to
    pay for it.

I know a couple of chiropractors who made a LOT of money
in the days when it was a free-for-all because insurers would
    pay for chiro treatment.

1: Call Sales Genie, and have their rep walk you through the 100 lead free trial... no obligation, no credit card required... they are the best lists on the planet.

2: Select your list criteria wisely focusing on chiropracters... maybe ones without websites in your geographical area... and create a laser targeted list of chiropracters.

3: Now start calling them and offering your services. You wont get passed ten or twenty dials before you get a meeting with one or two...

    That easy.

Ps. You cant reach offline business owners online. They simply arent there.

Both of my local chiropractor clients advertise. They advertise in the local newspaper, on the internet, at health fairs, etc. The regulations are more about what they advertise. They cannot claim to cure back pain for example.

Ah see that's what I meant. I don't see aggressive advertising like squeeze pages and hard core marketing. Someone used the term marketing sheepish, that is what I see when I go to various chiropractor sites! The reason is probably what you stated(bolded in black).

Question what would you say is their marketing funnel? I mean how many times can you resell the same client? I assume they just use alot of referrals right?
