How can I get more information about customers?
I am about to launch an online game that requires players to register to play it. What I would like to do is get as much information about my players as possible. What I am wondering is if there are any service providers that can get more if I give them what players give me when they register with me. I am wanting this additional information to assemble better demographics and psychographics for pitches to potential advertisers as well as having a better idea of who my players are. What I don't want to do is do all this by hand but am hoping it can be automated. The player registers with me, my computers pass along key information to the service provider, their computers wave their magic wands, and extensive additional information is instantly returned to my computers that updates the stats it is collecting. Does anyone know of such a service provider? If so, links greatly appreciated. Also, how would I search for such service providers on Google? What keywords should I be using?
