Landing pages .. typical cost to have a couple done?

Hello,

I have a few other sites (one wordpress and one created from scratch).
I had a web designer set them up for me.

Now I'd like to get into some article marketing and I need a couple landing pages.
Nothing crazy, just a quick pre-sell and something visually appealing.

How much should I be paying my web designer to create a couple pages for me?
Or even better, do anyone know of a free, easy to use program where I'd be able to do it myself and upload it to the domain names? I have a membership at wealthy affiliate but that "site rubix" software they have on there isn't loading properly for me.
