Article Submissions

I have a question about article submissions so I thought I would come to the experts for some advice.

Should you post the same article in multiple article submission sites?

And if you do, does it really hurt you?

Call me lazy, but it's hard to rewrite an article to post in 10 different places. I do change the article for my blog and if I submit it as a PR, but I really wonder if it matters that much.

I get duplicate content rules but still wonder if it really is hurting ME in someway!

Opinions greatly welcomed!
