WSO Creators - Delivery Method

hey all,

I've tried now 3 ways of delivering WSO's and I wonder which way is your favorite.

1) Return To Merchant - Just Paypal - I tried that at the start, but I found that it relied on the person returning to merchant at the end, and many people would then e-mail after they exited the page.

2) WSO PRO (MikeLantz) I tried this secondly for one of my latest WSO's, it works well, but I know some people have had trouble with it in the past.

3) E-Junkie - I know there are people that swear by e-junkie. I don't know what to think, I just launched a WSO with it to test it out.

    I use DLG, works fine.

e-junkie is great as well. I've used it in the past with a lot of success. I like the logs it creates.

I used to have my own system, but I use e-junkie now. Make sure you set your PayPal account to automatically accept payments from unverified accounts, otherwise they will not get their download link e-mail until you manually go into PayPal and accept the payment.

As for protecting your digital products, have a look at this to calculate costs of some popular options...

    Compare Download Services - DeliverMyFile.com

Keep in mind once a WSO drops off the front page sales will be at a trickle. You may not want to get yourself locked in to monthly payments just to keep your product alive.

That's a nice part about the $20 for life WSO Pro option.

paypal with automatic add into aweber list.

person can access their product either by clicking return to merchant after the sale, and when they check their email they will have a link straight to the product.

I haven't had a single delivery complaint yet.

I host the page with the pdf link on my own domain if thats what you mean. I know other warriors can share the link to the page, but Im hoping thats only a small percentage of people who would do that.

If the link gets indexed by search engines, people will be able to easily find it. What often happens in these cases is the download link gets posted on one of the "BH" forums... You don't want that.

I've done WSO Pro and regular paypal.

I love WSO Pro b/c I have the lifetime license...if I didn't I would just have Paypal subscribe my people to my aweber account by parsing the email.

WSO pro works for the most part is really awesome. Every system (including Paypal) has issues but I love the simplicity of WSO Pro...that's what I'd stick with if you had to pin me down on something

    Cheers,

  • I use Rapid Action Profits, which I've never had any issues with, and is a one time payment, rather than a subscription cost.

For me, it's worth it to be able to set up a public offer and a WSO offer (via a coupon - which makes it clear that the WSO price is better than the public price), plus the built in affiliate system and list building mechanisms are well worth it.

Happened to me...I love the simplicity plus Mike is always there to help. Service outages happen no matter what service...which I know you know...

But good customer service and tools like Warrior Plus make Mike Lantz's solution the way to go for WSOs IMO.

Every time I buy through a WSOPRo link I have a problem. There's some sort of delay in getting the feedback from paypal - and it must in the WSOPro program because it's the only place I encounter it.

I use ejunkie because it's so easy, cheap and reliable. If you use return-to-merchant you need to also include a thank you letter that goes out immediately and gives the download link for those who missed it.

DLGuard is great - I have a copy of an older version but ejunkie has done the job.

I wouldn't assume that. It may be true, but I've seen conditions that will cause that problem and have nothing to do with the software on the delivery end.

As a data point, I don't think I've ever encountered that with anything I've bought through WSO Pro. There are things I don't care for with that system, but that's true of pretty much every system out there.

              Caleb,

RAP is great if you're doing affiliate stuff, especially 100% commission stuff to build up a list of buyers. DLGuard is the choice if not.

Both have excellent support, and provide exceptional value for the money. Sam and Sid are among the best I've ever seen in that regard.

      Hi,

I used WSO Plus for the first delivery (PDF), but changed my approach:

      1) OTO! as I am selling my guide and other products in future way to cheap and have the opportunity to make some extra cash on the backend. I'm also using a count down script with 30 minutes time to get it (or not...)
      2) Customer gets his download (not protected yet, but I think about Nanacast).

The approach mentioned above with PayPal --> aWeber works like charm, but you might miss the mentioned first option for your sales funnel.

DLG or eJunkie are both cool, but I have had some issues before as I'm normally located in China (my sister got married last weekend, so I am in Germany right now) and we have the worst internet on the world ;-) So it might eat up your download credits...

Have used $7 script before, but it didn't work with WSO Plus (got the IP for downloads, but it showed a "your download link expired"). Haven't tried RAP yet, but I have a nice solution in mind which might hit the shelves sooner or later (it is something I want for sure and if I spend money for something, I think about how to get my investment back ;-)).

Btw: My backend sales go with PaySpree. Have a look in the WSO section, they have a WSO running.

      Best

    Hi Sven,

I'm interested in what you mean by DLGuard and Ejunkie might eat up your download credits. I like to keep on top of issues in different countries.

DLGuard runs on your server, and all the files are delivered directly from your server, and so as long as you have a good hosting account, this won't affect your home internet connection (or download limits).

Would you mind letting me know the problem you had, as I'm happy to work out a solution for you!

sorry for that ;-) What I tried to say was, that the product owner can set the download time AND the number of downloads. If you are on a rubbish connection (as I am) you might see some expire link.

    Hi Matt!

Yes, DLGuard is a one time payment - there aren't any monthly or ongoing licence fees. There is an optional offer to recieve upgrades/support for another year (you get a year's worth for free), but that is optional. You don't need to renew if you don't want to.

I've done lots of things in the past for other product delivery... I tried WSO Pro, it didn't go great for me, but the support was awesome and the first time free offer allowed me to do the learning experience and figure it out without any loss, and some extra affiliate sales through them. I now have DL guard and will be using them both now, watch for WSO's from me and tell your friends and ask me for bonuses

The problem with restricting yourself to one solution to handle all your needs, is that sometimes, well, it won't handle all of your needs, that's why me and my dev team focus on making everything we use work together, talk to each other, and need us (human work) as little as possible... I will try to remember to find this thread after I put a couple more WSO's out and share the experience/results using DLG and WSO...

Btw, I found this thread looking for somebody who's done lots and lots of WSO's and wants to help me write one, I'm overworked and tired and don't mind paying for good help sales copy, I need energy, focus and more time to do a good job by myself.... I've tried a few people in the past with sales copy experience that never got anything finished... Found a sale in here a while ago but trying to find the member/post for it.... sigh... anyone care to spare some time to make more money?
