I've been dealing with customer service for Jason Potash's Traffic Kahuna and Portal Feeder. It's been such a breath of fresh air to correspond with a team that - Actually responds to emails - Responds in a courteous and timely manner - Makes sure I received everything I wanted, and the service is setup the way I like - Actually has a real product providing tangible benefits, with efforts made to continually improve the benefits for customers ... That I felt like taking my time to make a post. It's too bad great service has to be a breath of fresh air, but that has been my unfortunate experience dealing with Internet marketers this past year. (Crooks like stompernet quickly come to mind.) This isn't to promo a sale of Potash's products, as his sites are currently maxed out. But there has been too much "pump and dump" recently where IM products / services are briefly promoted, customer service is at best an afterthought, and then the program disappears (except for anyone caught in the continuity program hidden as a 'bonus'). It's easy enough to find complaints about IMers. Here's to also noting the one's with great service. |
