Paypal Questions

Hello Everyone,

Paypal has stopped electronic transfer to Indian users and now again paypal checks will be sent. I have questions regarding paypal checks only.

How many days does it take for paypal to send checks to the Indian users?
How many days does it take for the account to be credited after the check is given in bank?

Please tell if you know answers.

    Paypal usually mails checks withing 2-3 business days of a withdrawal request so I think your biggest time delay there is going to be the time it takes for mail to get from the U.S. to India - maybe 1-2 weeks...

    As for your other question, just call your local bank and ask them how long a check from a U.S. bank takes to clear.

    Dear,

    PayPal has just changed its policy & now you Indian Fellas can easily do your E transactions again means you can now again withdraw directly to your bank account or the card assigned to the PayPal Id.

    PayPal has made changes in accordance to the policies framed out by the security commission but reviewed it back & now you guys can again enjoy the services back.

      Another person on another forum stated

      "1) At least 15 days for check to arrive via LOCAL post (they do not courier)

      2) If issued in dollar amount, then another 30 days for conversion and credit to account."

      If that is true, that really sucks for our Indian friends.
