Best Affiliate Software??

Got a a quick question
What would you say is the best affiliate software to use?
Here's the deal,
Got about 40,000 on this particular database.
They are already managed by a CRM
I want to do 2 things
1. Be able to blast an email to them with a prewritten promo email with a unique Affiliate Code
(This way they can just send to their address books, etc. Without registration required)
2) I then want to possibly use something like Viral Inviter and do a similar thing (have a pre done Affiliate Code ready for them)
Then must be able to import various data into CRM (so being able to export csv or something out of Affiliate Software would be good)
If anyone has any thoughts or feedback, this would be much appreciated
