Google Places News, You Can Respond Directly Now!
Just a heads up for all the warriors who have an offline business out there, as well as the "offline consulting" warriors. Google has finally listened to the masses: You can now respond DIRECTLY to customer feedback on your Google Places listings! This is obviously absolutely HUGE for reputation management purposes.
I personally can't believe it has taken them this long....
