CTR drops when using Aweber old package?

Hi guys,

I wonder if anyone experiences the same thing but...

...my CTR drops after Aweber introduces the new package. I still haven't updated to the new package yet because I must pay a lot (400$/m) if I do (and there are many duplicate subscribers in my lists - I haven't got time to refine my lists yet).

I'm still not so sure about this... because actually my non-IM niche has just become much more competitive and other guys are promoting everyday ... maybe that's why the CTR drops...

...but from 40% CTR drop to 15% is something that makes me wonder...

    Stephen, I can't help you about why your CTR is down. There are so many factors about why this could be other than AWeber.

    But, one thing on the new scheme is you pay per unique person, not per subscriber. So if the same person is on two, three or even ten of your lists, you still only pay for them once. I prefer people to be on multiple lists, as it makes slip testing and segmentation so much easier.

    Hi Stephen,

    You are not the only one that is experiencing the low CTR.

    I have talked with a dozen other email marketers and they are experiencing the same thing. Also, I have noticed that when they changed their design they also removed the clicks from the main display. Coincidence??? I'm not so sure it is...

    I'm not happy with them anymore and i'm not going to be recommending them to any of my future clients until they fix this mess.
