Can immediate payment transfer get u banned

Hey everybody, Do you think transferring money immediately from my paypal account to the whole seller account can get your account frozen.

The reason I ask this because I tried to sell iphone on ebay and the only mistake I did (I think) was I transferred the money (400$) from my paypal account to his (cutting my profits) immediately.

And then the disaster happened paypal decided to freeze my account.

Whats your take on this? And what all things I should keep in my mind regarding paypal while starting a new ecommerce (using dropshipping) store.

Dont understand this ... Did you sell the iphone or buy it? The 400$ you transfered was that for the sale of the item on ebay?

I listed it on ebay... Customer bought it 400$, I got 400$ in my paypal, then I immediately transferred 300$ to my supplier's account (my cost price).

It all happened within a day, but that's what will even happen if I plan to sell on my store using dropshipping

The best thing to do is to contact Paypal by telephone. Their customer service is usually very helpful.

Paypal will talk you through why your account was frozen and also what you need to do to bring your account back to normal.

One time they froze my account for suspicious activity. I called and got it unfrozen then liquidated my available cash.

Then they froze my account again. This time the reason was "suspicious withdrawal" Of course I would empty the account after they threaten to hold funds for 180 days. They already keep a rolling reserve LOL.

Paypal thinks everything except having an Ebay addiction is "suspicious"

Maybe they think that this is suspicious activity and that is why they did what they did.

The best thing is to call them or email them and ask them about this.

I never transfer immediately and always leave money in my account. I don't want Paypal to get nervous about chargebacks. I don't sell on Ebay so I understand your problem of having to pay the dropshipper, but it might be wise to build up some money in your account and leave some in there if it's not too late.

I doubt a legitimate iphone company would be ALLOWED to provide it to the average person to resell If I were paypal, I might have done the same.

If that was the reason then fortunately this time I am trying to sell a non branded product, which anybody can sell.

BTW, Do you think It would be wise to first transfer money to my bank account and then pay the supplier by my credit card so that paypal only work as a payment processor.
