I'm Sad Because My Wife Made Me A Millionaire

One of my favorite local radio presenters who is also a pastor said this morning that a man asked him to pray for him. "Why do you want me to pray for you?" The radio presenter asked.

"I'm so sad and depressed right now because my wife made me a millionaire," The man responded.

"What do you mean?" The radio presenter/pastor asked.

"I was a billionaire before I married my wife but now she has reduced me to a mere millionaire due to her unnecessary and useless demands," The unhappy man revealed.

"Please pray for me so that my wife will stop asking me to buy this-and-that for her," The man requested.

Warriors, are you happy with your current financial position? Do you think you are going forward or moving backward? Do you think it's someone else's fault?

Hey, take a close look at yourself before shifting the blame to someone else.

    That was a nice problem. Since he was a billionaire, then he knows how to make that much money. And if he lost millions because of his wife's demands, then he still has the fault since no one can control us but ourselves.

    I totally agree that we should not blame anyone for our mistakes, mistakes happen for us to learn a lesson. We should learn from all our mistakes and be wiser to not repeat the same mistakes.

    It is all about self control. He should be advising his wife of their financian situation. If he is not happy he should tell her, if she does not listen and he stays depressed 'because of her'. He should think of ending the relationship. Yes it is true that money does not buy you everything, but if someone is spending your money with no care for you, they are not worth being with.

    I would say that this guy is lacking confidence, somewhere. Women do not need to be wined and dined to stay with you. Just be witty, confident, good in the bedroom, charming, social etc... She is way more interested in all this than money...

    She could live this "millionaire" for a guy without a car even... Money doesn't give you the right to "buy a woman out" so to speak. Give because you want to, not because you fear her leaving you =)
