What can I do with this site?

I've had this site years, I've got 3 different forum software's on there and now a word press blog. I didnt delete them because of the posts were in google etc and didn't want to lose the traffic.

What would you do with a site like this its just a big mess. The last forum i installed is full of spam which i need to sort out

Out of 2k adsense impressions I get something like 1 0.75 click though rate.

What would you guys do with it? I'm getting around 7-800 uniques a day and I feel I'm not making the most of it.

I would also consider some sort of partnership if someone wanted to work on it with me and split the profits

Any ideas appreciated

    Wow, it needs huge renovation.

    What you can do first, you can evaluate where the traffic is coming from, what is the rankings in search engines, how competitive is the market around those rankings. How many active members (those who log in last 30 days) you have, etc., get all the mensurable data.

    Once you have these data, then you can start to understand how valuable your website is and than you can create a plan how and what to do.

    I hope it gives you some ideas.

    If you are trying to maximise the revenue from it then blog + mailing list (and possibly new forum) seems to be the way forward.

    Have links from the old forums directing people to your new blog. Build your list focussing on UK anglers.

    I'm also not sure how you would monitise a site like this, profitably so as to make it worth your while, though. Perhaps you could produce an ebook and sell it? There must be plenty of ebook ideas in your forum.
