A semi-short comment/introduction

I feel I've browsed for far too long without at least introducing myself... so, here goes.

My name is Ellie, and to put it quite frankly, before coming across this forum, I knew very little about anything to do with internet marketing.

I can probably join the masses when I say that I've spent the majority of my life doing three things: a] going to school, b] working my butt off, and c] being broke. But, when I came across this forum and the people in it, something happened.

I realized that I've stumbled into a community filled with probably some of the most motivated, inspirational, coolest individuals out there today. Some of the posts here are just phenomenal - all the advice and support of the users here makes me feel more than welcome to start my own internet marketing endeavors. I can't believe how many people here offer so much important and useful information. I've either written down, bookmarked, or saved most of it in a notepad. For all that, though I haven't had the chance to contribute until this point, I must say-- thank you.

Really. Because it's all of you that are pushing and motivating me to really make what I can from internet marketing. I've heard it's hard, I've heard it's easy, I've heard it's pointless to some and vital to others. But no matter what it is, all I know is that one piece of advice holds true that I've heard time and time again: if you can educate yourself, learn the right tricks, and keep at it until you see results, you can do it. There is much to be gained from it, and there are many of you (and others out there in the world) that are living their dreams because of IM. And that's just what I'm going to do.

I won't lie, actually... I'm scared. Scared to fail, scared to do something wrong, I'm even scared to start. To me, it's like venturing into the unknown, into something that everyone knows about but me. But I know that I'll never get anywhere if I haven't even started. And I can feel myself wasting time just sitting around worrying about it.

I just wanted to let you guys know that you really have inspired and motivated me. I want to do this for both myself and the person I'm trying to make a life with - I know there is much to be taken from the business of internet marketing (and everything else that has to do with it), in terms of both finances and knowledge, and I'm really willing to step forward and contribute, learn, and without a doubt, succeed. Maybe one day I'll be back here reading someone else's post like this, inspiring them to do the same as me.

So thanks, Warriors! I'll be here to stay. (And buying a membership very shortly..)
