What's happened to TrackThatAd?

I suppose this is a lesson about putting all your eggs in one basket, but I have used TrackThatAd for years to track my promotions, but for the last few days the site has been down and my links don't work.

I can now access the login page but not my account. I assume it's server/database problems, but no word has reached me about the problem from the owner, and the longer this goes on the more it's going to affect my business, with so many links out there that now point to nothing.

Does anybody else who uses this site have the same problem, or know if it's going to come back anytime soon?

The thought of having to change all my promotions, websites, links and whatever else I've got out there isn't a pleasant one. Basically, I'd have to start from scratch!!!

I'm not sure I can face that!

I'm also asking myself if budurl is always working the 24 hours....I'm afraid that at some times of the day my budurls are not working...and i am losing money...
can we really trust all these tracking softwares...?

I cannot access my account too.

My situation is almost funny: I paid for lifetime membership this week.

I used TTA two years ago but as free member and I liked it.
Unfortunately it seem that mister Craig Haywood have other businesses to take care of (have a look to http:craighaywood.zendesk.com - I can't post here a link yet so you must edit this url). I submit there a ticket two days ago but I don't get any answer yet.

I don't have other information about what are going on and until this message I was afraid I am the only with problems.

Well, TTA has been totally reliable up until now and I can't believe Craig would just let it disappear.

I've submitted a support ticket so we'll see what happens. If it goes on too long I'll have to change to another, but I can't remember all the places I've got links added.

Did you ever used an "on site" script for tracking your ads?

Something like "Fast Click SQL" (http:w.w.w.ftrsoft.com)?
Maybe this one is not the best on its kind, but it isn't that type of solution better then "outsourcing" the tracking of your ads?

If someone used such solution I really appreciate any suggestion.

Luckily it all worked out in the end and TTA is back as good as ever.

Doesn't seem to be too good today. I have also used tta for several years and have probably hundreds of links with them.... hope it's just a server problem today. I have had problems getting to them before so we'll see

I'm having trouble getting into TTA today - the server seems to be offline. I don't think the domain has expired or anything (valid until 16th Dec 2012 from what I can see).
I don't use it for all my tracking, but have had a lifetime membership for a while, and it would be annoying if it has stopped without warning,

You know I don't think that is a put all your eggs in one basket. I mean it is like Market Samurai. You buy or use a product and expect it to work. No one expects you to buy two products like MS although some do. You just have to accept life sometimes is all. I don't think it is because you used them exclusively for your tracking. I for one wouldn't use two sites to track, I may use two to track different things but it would be redundant to use two sites for the same thing.
