Why Are These Exact Templates Cheaper than Template Monster?

This site looks really legit. It has the same templates as Template Monster, but they are $100 cheaper in some cases. Are they pirated, or are they OK to buy?

    I haven't checked this out, but it might be that the templates have been purchased under license, and have a built in Zen shopping cart. They could then make regular income when the shopping cart is used.

    I am only speculating here, as I have only just seen your post and have not had time to investigate further.

    Looks like they are a Chinese based company.

    Maybe they have a deal with Template Monster to sell the templates at a discounted rate. I've seen a lot of sites selling Template Monster templates.

    Or like you said in the OP, they might be pirated. There are thousands of pirate providers out there that look legit on a website. Sell them at a price to undercut the real owner. Others also put viruses and other nasties into them. So definitely be careful who you deal with.

    Probably cheap reproductions.

    Take a look through their stuff and you can see it's the same templates with different graphics. A dedicated two man team could knock out a template a day.

    Could be pirated, Template Monster themes are a dime a dozen on the torrents.

    Not sure why it would take 24 hours for a digital download. Sounds fishy to me.
