anyone made serious money following info in a wso?

reason i ask is because i see so many wso's that claim u can make so much money without website or list etc, they offer money back guarantee, has anyone actually done it? why is it that we dont see success stories of people using wso's successfuly? or have i missed them?

yeh i guess it makes sense, makes sense that people wouldnt say they made a lot of money as they wouldnt want everyone competing with them, i just find it amazing that people say that u can make hundreds of dollars a day with their wso pretty much straight away, i mean is there any truth in that? not saying they are lying, just curious

The thing to remember is, there are lots of methods to make money online. Just concentrate on one of them instead of hopping from one to the other. I've downloaded lots of WSOs in the 3 years I've been on this forum. Some were great and made me money, others were great ideas but didn't apply to my particular situation. Some of them were just flat out shady.

Truly good WSOs will get replies and testimonials from other users, and the original WSO poster will interact as well. That's how you tell someone who stands behind their product and believes in their method!

Asking if people have made money with a WSO is like asking if people have ever made money from an ebook they purchased. As already stated -- some are gold and some are junk. The trick is to find product creators who have good reps on this forum and buy their products.

I guess it's like with everything... you're going to learn as you go. You'll probably buy some crap, but don't get discouraged. Just keep pushing at it.

I think another consideration is what the buyer does with the information. If someone buys a WSO and just reads it and doesn't take action.... then the problem is with the buyer and not the seller. Great information and great opportunity is useless if action is not taken and work is not done. I think that may explain some of the silence. We can't comment if we don't really know and we'll never know unless we do something.

I think this is a great question! Especially because of all the often very precise earning claims made for WSOs. Many of these claims are ridiculous and, as marketers, we are the first ones who should know better.

My response is no, I have not made $1376.43 in 6 hours with the help of any WSO. But that's not to say they're not of value. Many WSOs I have purchased have taught me something, sometimes a lot, and are worth every penny. The funny thing is, I've had more great $7 WSOs than $37 ones!

So WSOs definitely have their place. But really, guys, you could tone down some of the hype. I mean, we're fellow marketers here. Isn't there any place to play things straight?

This is very true. Those having trouble making money online are usually the ones "hopping" (myself included, at times).

Stick to one thing, get it right, move on.

WSO's are the same way. Stick with one, try it, get it right, THEN move on to something else...if it applies to your situation that is.

IMO, successful marketing is primarily a function of a simple equation:

Mindset + Metrics x Execution = Profits

A) Mindset: you create excellent value and communicate that greater value to your market most effectively -- as opposed to just looking for opportunities to exploit. Hopping from push button solution A to business in a box B is NOT creating value... for you or for your market. It's a fool's errand. Most would-be marketers FAIL right here...

B) Metrics: you test, measure and adjust based on your results - continuously. The numbers don't lie... but people do, including us lying to ourselves. Another significant number of struggling marketers are too lazy to measure their results or they don't know how and don't care to learn. FAIL.

C) Execution: you either acquire the skills or leverage others with the skills to execute your plans with a modicum of finesse. Here's the final hurdle... Execution is the part of the equation where you get into all the myriad factors that impact the overall effectiveness of your marketing: the quality and professionalism of your design and product packaging, delivery, customer service & support, scalability of the business, etc.

Granted, this is more of a meta-topic and not DIRECTLY linked to the purchase of a WSO, but I have applied this very philosophy for well over a decade with 9 figure sales results for my clients -- I think it will work for you too...

Almost every wso I've ever invested in has earned me back more than I paid for it.

I have also always tried to provide a truly special offer on those I have offered and been rewarded in kind.

Sure, I could have charged much, much more, but this forum

is comprised of special people.

With that said, you usually get back what you put in

and often the hard work and experience of one warrior can prove

to be valuable to the others.

Personally, I've benefitted as much from purchasing thousands of dollars
worth of wso's as I have in earning thousands of dollars worth
in wso's.

What can be learned and digested in minutes is valuable education

that can stick for a lifetime.

A lot has to do with your mindset and if you're willing to responsibly

act on what you've been given in the best way for your business.

Most of all the tools, strategy and connections needed for a successful
business can be found right here in the forum.

And yes, that is serious money being made.

I bought an offline topic based WSO ages ago - think it was Offline Gold, but not sure - it made me around $2,000 my first week and has made me low-mid five figures since then. I knew the theories before hand, but that helped solidify them and give me a kick up the backside into taking action.

Every WSO I've bought (and not refunded) has either a) made me money directly, b) saved me time, or c) given me a new idea that has gone on to make me money.

Buyers of my WSO's have linked the information they learned from me to up to $36,000 in new business.

The WSO forum, as either a buyer or seller, is an absolute gold mine... if you take action on the information!
