How To Find Giveaway Promotions?

I'm new to getting involved into the giveaway method for listbuilding. I've been looking around for a few days on google and various forums trying to keep my eyes open for any giveaway promotion opportunites. I have a product for the health market (specifically back pain) and can't find anything that is involved in a giveaway right now that I could approach with the product I'm marketing. Is there anything like a giveaway directory or something that would have lists of ongoing giveaways in various markets that I could check out? I'd really appreciate some help or guidance in the right direction. Thank you so much for your help and time.

    I would advise creating your own.

    For my kitchen design site I am giving away a 5 part kitchen design manual (an ebook I wrote then split into 5 sections) - this means they will be hopefully keep a look out each couple of days for the next section.

    For another site, I paid someone to go round hairdressers asking them their thoughts on their jobs - what they liked and how they got into hairdressing. This will be compiled into another report which I will split into a few sections and then I have something unique to offer my subscribers rather than just something I found for free.

    Another idea would be to write your own report which could help increase the recipients want for your product.

    For example, if you were in a diet niche, contact a local slimming group and ask if some of them would mind answering a few questions. Ask them about how losing weight has helped them feel better, more healthy and more confident. Write a report using these answers making sure to have your web site address spread throughout the report as a great resource for helping people lose weight and receiving all the great benefits mentioned by all these people
