You say that they "wrongly deleted" your article. What reason did they give you for deleting it?

Keep in mind that it is their article directory...it is their space on the internet and I believe that somewhere in their TOS they say that they have the right to accept it or delete it if they want to...no different than threads on this forum.

Are you sure you've not ran foul of their rules ?I think the problem with most people is that they don't try to read the terms and condition of the directories before starting to use them.

You may be ok then. The article may still be in their database. But when you say that someone stole it do you mean that someone posted it elsewhere and didn't include your resource box or something? This happens all the time and the best you can do is either contact the person that used your article and ask them to include the resource box or remove the article from their site. People are allowed to use your content that you post to directories as long as they include your resouce box. This is one of the benefits of posting to article directories. Your articles become "syndicated" and you get more backlinks.

lol no he put his hoplink in my article. The goon used my name and used a goarticles account. Didn't do a good job of hiding the evidence. He stole two of my articles.

thanks for your help bret, alexa and sikaz

Yeah...then take him down. People are going to jump on ya for putting your hoplink in your article and direct linking to the vendors sales page too...I can hear it coming! LOL!

Truth is, I do some direct linking too. I know...I know...here comes Alexa! I do think that for some niches it is an effective strategy as opposed to building a list or linking back to your site. But it is my belief or thought process that if someone is absolutely rabid for a cure to their problem they don't want to sort through articles on my site or go through the autoresponder to find a cure.

Like, let's say a dude has a migrane or a toothache or vertigo or something...he wants the pain to stop asap. Two clicks and he has his answer....just my thoughts...although listbuilding definitely is a more effective way to sell for most niches.

LOL, they don't need to: they only need the pre-selling review on the front page of the site linking to a cloaked hoplink. I make immediate sales to people who don't opt in, too.

Three clicks, in my case, but a "pre-sold" answer.
clever there,...well, not clever, just makes sense. Wanna load up some autoresponders for me? Ugh! Not sure why I resist so much...you would think that I was becoming part of the Borg or something!
