INTERNET MARKETING

so my site is in the fitness and bodybuilding niche. Some of you told me you tube wants me embedding videos. It gives them free advertising. But what about videos taken from the up loaders.

Like if I had a tab for Exercises mini tabs: biceps, shoulders...

Could I embed those but put a disclaimer that I dont own them and they are owned by expert village?

I am trying to save time so I dont have to film my self or use my own pictures/equipment

You are allowed to do it.

If the video uploader didn't want you to embed, they can set that option for their videos.

Could i make the suggestion that you watermark your videos? I know someone who had their videos ripped off youtube and reposted with another web address to promote their own stuff.

Another FYI - I would suggest using a service like TubeMogul.com to distribute the video to other websites for maximum exposure. Plus it's FREE!
