My best: 5,550 views - $80 in profits so far - 10 visitors a day or so to my site.

I haven't done to many and haven't really marketed a video outside of simply uploading it with a keyword phrase in the title of the video.

My YouTube vids don't get me many views. I think my best is like 500. But
I don't make the bulk of my income from my vids. It's just something extra
and I do get subscribers from them (I have over 40 online) so for the 15
minutes work to create them and the 10 minutes to process and upload
them, it's worth it.

My most viewed is a tattoo video I did as an example for my Recipe for creating that kind of promo video. It just bypassed 30,000 and makes me steady sales of a CB product.

My IM videos run an average of 2000-4500 views and bring me a steady stream of opt-ins and sales of front-end products like "Recipe For Quick And Easy Product Creation".

Somehow I managed to get just a hair under 3000 on that terrible 12 Days Of Christmas video I did last year, which helped me get a good ranking in Mark Hendricks' giveaway event. (Actually the video was good, but the singing was painful).

Its weird how the conversions work for videos on video sharing sites.

I have videos myself in obscure niches that generate steady sales for affiliate products from very low video views.

Also have some videos that I made in litterally 20 minutes over a year ago that still bring just a few sales from cpa/aff offers and get thousands of views everyday starting out with 40k views in a week or so...

So its hit and miss but review videos work well.

I can't remember. Did you have the Tabernacle Hamster Choir singing on that video?

I put a two part video up for a client that got a $5,000 sale around 21 minutes after it was uploaded.

I thought that was pretty cool seeing how the sale was for a seminar type product (no real cost) and the two videos went for a total of just under 20 minutes!

Nice!

I see movie trailers from many different people on there. I also noticed a lot of them have "Property of" and the studio name in the descriptions.

Are people allowed to post trailers as long as they give credit to the movie studio that produced it? That's what it seems like.

My highest ranking video has over 500 000 views.

My youtube channels have over 4 million views

average around 350 visitors a day to my site directly and an unknown amount through google

The videos rank higher on google for some key words than my site or my competitors

Youtube rocks

I loaded identical videos on metacafe and Youtube. Youtube vid got around 3000 views, the metacafe one got over 25 000. Metacafe is a really random

My best vid on YouTube got just over 250,000 views.

And yes Bird, Metacafe is kind of random. Most of my vids do better on YouTube but I have noticed that ones on green issues like Solar Energy and any kind of renewable energy do better there than on YouTube. Am sure there are other niches that do better on Metacafe, but this is the only one I have been able to identify and exploit.
