Social Bookmarking Demons Users - Any Advice?

I've owned SBD for a couple years now but have rarely put it to use. I just don't know what the best way to "safely" use it without risking spamming.

I would love to hear how people have seen the best results. I just don't see that using every single bookmarking site in the program would be beneficial - is it best just to stick to the "main" ones?

Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

    Use private proxies so it doesn't look like all your submissions are from the same person.

    It helps you get a much higher success rate too.
