Anyone got some extra hosting space?

Hey, I'm losing over half my ezinearticles traffic because of the transition from my blogger blog to my affiliate link. I can't yet afford to pay hosting fees and I'm not sure how it works really anyway.

So what I am trying to ask is if anyone has any hosting space (or whatever I'm referring to) that I can use for a simple redirect to my affiliate link, so when I use it in my ezinearticles articles, its a seamless transition.

I'm not entirely sure what I'm asking, I have never purchased a domain/hosting. I'll be lurking around this post for responses and such, thanks

Here is the link I would need to redirect to: http://www.bowtrolcoloncleanse.com/?aid=842675

[edit] seems I not only need hosting, but a domain, since I thought they were combined but apparently they aren't. It could be any crusty domain I don't care about the URL, maybe some secret sub-domain I don't know. I just need it for redirecting I think

    Aegon,

If all you want to do is redirect, you should be able to do that from namecheap or wherever you buy a domain from.

If you need hosting though, I'm pretty sure I already offered that to you.

Yea I PM'd you, but I think this forums PM system is broken.

I thought it was free to register a new domain...I guess I need to look into "buying" one.

Nobody has a crusty old domain they aren't using? The URL could be peice-o-crap-domain.com for all I care. I guess people can tell I don't yet know how this works. Im good with most of the marketing aspects but the website stuff I'm not good at yet.

Nope, it will cost you 8 or 9 bucks for a domain name.

Do you have some kind of sub-domain or piece of crap domain you could set up for me? All it has to do is redirect, my first check hasn't come in yet, right now my W9 is still waiting to be cleared and I'm losing half my potential conversions from people who are impatient. My paypal is currently overdrawn 30$ because of some kind of reversal (I don't know how thats possible but a customer just got a product for free because of it). So then when the W9 clears in a week, might be up to a month before my check comes in, then takes like 3 days to transfer it from the bank account to paypal. I'm looking at a long wait here.
