Suggessions for my blog

I have had this blog for a few years and changed my templates several times, i am using this template right now that does not look professional at all.I do not know coding to edit templates.I need a simple free wordpress template that can look professional,good design,be SEO friendly and help me use some ads and add a auto responder.
Would be great if i could add a twitter button also( as i get a lot of people from twitter on my blog )

    Try the arthemia template. It's free and looks very nice. It's also easy to add a twitter button on your posts or even an entire twitter app in the sidebar at that time. There are also great positions for ads that are pretty obvious once you have installed the template. Hope this helps!
