Tracking questions asked at Yahoo Answers...

I thought there was a way to track whenever a question on a particular topic (keyword phrase, etc.) is asked on Yahoo Answers. Am I right? If so, how is it done? Currently there are not any open questions for the keyword phrase I want to track, but I want to be able to track questions (with the use of specific keywords) as they are asked in the future. Is this possible?
