Should I sell my method $xx/day (niche/profit)? or Site

So it looks like I am a victim of Mr. Flippa's BAD buyer screening where my site had many bids and al of a sudden I allowed ALL bids at the tail end, and BANG some new user buyer it...
This person or robot is very fishy and I told them I will be tracking all activity and just disappeared. Long story short I filled dispute and and waiting for refund of success fee.

Anyways, I had a thought, the profits can be implemented on any site and pretty much just information on what to do where to get and how to make sales. I have screenshots everything on proof of sales/profit/advertising expense for about 7 months straight, about $xx/day in profit and more if used more time consuming method.
This consist of purchasing this particular product, and ad campaign which I have proven to work for many months and can show proof.

Anyways, I thought should I re-list the site or just sell the document I created to like 5-10 people only. Maybe like $495

Anyone have a opinion about this?
Sell the document I created (which does not include the domain)
or just sell the domain/site with the document to 1 person....

    Just sell to one person, you will be hard pushed to find someone that will buy the document for more than $200+

    I would just go for the flippa sale.

      I see a lot of people selling info for like $27, or a bit more, I wonder how many sales they make. I mean if I can make a couple hundred sales that would be nice.

    Sorry that happened. There's a lot of that on Flippa ... buyers who aren't really buyers. Have no clue why they waste their time and ours like that, but they do.

    I would relist it since Flippa will relist it for free due to the scam buyer.

    Why couldn't you do both? Is the method tied directly to the site or could it be used on any site? I'm not sure you could get $495 for the method but what do I know?

      Actually the method can be done on any site.
      It requires an investment, but could easily get that back in less than a month.

      I was also thinking that also.
      I could do both, but maybe not $495, but maybe like $149 with the converting template. So many options.
