Suspicious referrer link showing on wordpress stats

Hello! I am new here, so I apologize if I am posting this on the wrong place. I was hoping some of you could share some insight into this:

I have a wordpress blog that usually gets referrals from sites that are sometimes in Russian, sometimes in English, the thing is when I go to those sites to see if I was linked I can never find my domain been linked on the code.

Today I noticed that one of those suspcious links even shows on my Google Webmaster tools.

The question is, if these sites are spam sites or something like that will I be penalized (SEO speaking) for getting links from them? and if so, How can I keep them from linking to me?

Thanks!

It's probably just referrer spam. ie They're not linking to you, they just want you to visit their sites. I wouldn't worry about it.

    Hi,

I have the same entries on my site and I don't worry about

But today I found an entry with 125 access and the referrer is "http:///" .. anyone could explain me what this means?

It means someone didn't setup their "referer spam" program correctly.

My site is under drupal and I just realized that while my drupal stats display these referrers, Google analytics doesn't display nor count any of them!
Does it mean that google analytics has some sort of referrers spam filter?

No. Google Analytics is a Javascript and if a client program doesn't support Javascript or have it turned on then it won't see it. People also block analytics scripts using ad blockers and such on their browsers.

        Thank you for the clarification.
I read that users that have Javascript enabled are around 90-95%. I think it's sufficient to trust Google analytics.
