A quick idea for your opt in list

I have just started putting out a weekly newsletter to my opt in list. For the first time I did an HTML email, and I found that you can copy and paste the sort code into notepad, and make a .php out of it.

You can then upload it to your server for people that can't receive HTML emails can see it the way you intended it. Since you have it on your server, you can create an archive of all your Newsletters so that people can go back and get all that information (and all important affiliate links) you have had in your previous emails.

This also helps someone to know exactly what they are getting when they opt in to get your emails, thus cutting back on your spam reports (just a theory so far).

You can also have a link to your previous week's email, so that new subscribers for that week, or people that didn't have time to read it the week before can see what you had written last week. This will hopefully get more eyes on any sales pitches that you had in your last email, and it helps to boost your status as an expert in your field.

Would love to know if this works out for you.

This is a great idea. Newsletters are intended for people which don't want to open up websites to (for ex.) read the news.

It's a good idea of keeping archive of newsletters, but don't expect it to be overcrowded.(unless you are expecting an evalanche of new subscribers).
