To All Warriors: Don't Forget to De-Stress Yourself!

Today when I woke up I honestly just felt...weird. It felt like today was still yesterday and that I had just closed my eyes for a second. Honestly, I was supposed to start working at 12 noon but I just couldn't do it. I sat down, got everything ready, and I couldn't do it.

My short message to all you busy warriors out there is just to remember to de-stress yourself every once in a while. The reason that I felt the way I did earlier was because I haven't been resting at all, honestly..I finish my work by about 5 or 6 and somehow i still end up doing additional work or constantly thinking about IM. That isn't healthy.

Yes it is important to focus and keep your mind on the ball when you are working..but the keywords here is WHEN YOU ARE WORKING.

To solve my problem I just had to turn my computer back off and leave my room for a while. I drove to the library to get some faxes sent off and then I drove to get gas and the fresh air (i live in the country side) did wonders for me. Now I'm back home and I actually feel like tackling my tasks today. And all I had to do was take an hour to clear my thoughts and relax.

Have you guys ever experienced anything like this?

Yes I agree totally ....a break even when we are churning through stuff and want to make an impact (and money) ...is key

Exactly, the fact of the matter is that you will be alot more productive when you can actually focused. If you are so drained that you can't complete anything then you are going to not only never finish anything, but once you do it will not be very good quality.

Yep, about every other day I experience the same feelings! Like being burnt out. It's because I CONSTANTLY think about IM and my various projects...even while at work like I am now LOL

So sometimes instead of coming home and working on my sites like I always do, I have to just retreat and do something else, anything else to get my mind cleared and focused. Sometimes i just skip a day of IM work and then an re-charged and can't wait to get back to it...

It's very stressful working so hard for a goal and having to wait so long for results. I doubt anyone ever saw instant results when they were a newbie so you definitely have to de-stress!
