Multiple domain names to one site?

I sell a particular service, and, what I am wanting to do is to target particular searches on Google. Specifically, I want someone to be able to type in one of the 20 different phrases that I believe relates to my service, and, because that keyword is so exact, the #1 spot in Google to be my link, and when they click on that link, it takes them to a sales page for my service. Because of the nature of the service, and the nature of the redirecting service, we don't have to do anything like write blogs, change content, but, just "set it and go."
I have about 20-30 different keywords that I want to target to make domains out of.
Is there a cost effective way for this?
