Searching for a review on internet marketing opt in list building service

I have been trying hard to build an opt in list for internet marketing for months, but unfortunately it's slow(not even 50 on my list):has anyone tried this list building service?

clicktoearnmarketing.com/letmebuildyourlist.html

Can anyone refer any other services for opt in list building? Or can I hire anyone to get me opt ins for the internet marketing and home biz niche? I would pay about a dollar per opt in.
Thanks

    - Write articles and submit them to Ezinearticles with link back to squeeze page. You will see some immediate optins.

But stop as soon as you get some satisfaction and build a business out of article marketing. Within a few quick months, you will be adding 50 subscribers a day on autopilot.

Don't go into any such services early on. You have no idea as to whether they are targetted or not.

I'd say that list building service is so unprofessional and i am sure it is not going to help you with targetted leads.

How much money do you have?

How much time do you have?

If you have more money than time you should do the following:
    a) set an ad budget -say $300-$500/month.
    c) Test a few traffic sources (say adwords, yahoo, facebook, or if you are ready to learn ppv, and media buys...also look at myads.com)

What you want to do is find the traffic source that converts best for you, at the lowest cost.

You need to know how much it's going to cost to get one additional person on your list.

If you are into seo, I would say you want to find a few longtail keywords that convert and optimize a blog for those words then put a SIGNUP FORM ON THAT BLOG to get traffic.

Alternatively, you can also do articlemarketing, linking to your optin page in the bio box.

Also though check out Troy's FREE COREGISTRATION list building service you just have to use the search function and look for a thread that say s"I will build your list for free"...

You may also want to look into GetSubscribers.com though the jury is still out on how well those leads convert...

What are you currently doing to build an opt in list?

I see so many of these generic threads that give little information but ask for a magic answer... not meaning to jump on you , but for real what have done up until now to develop your list?

Do you have a blog, a static site, do you do article submissions, hubs, lenses, ppc, do you give advice to forums, do you use a signature, what are you offering in return for an opt-in?

... what then? No offense but, 6 months and 50 opt-ins, would suggest your not doing much of anything. What's your current strategy and marketing model?
