Where/How May I Get A Membership Site Developed Cheap?

I'm searching for a membership site developed in the internet marketing / PLR / Rights niche.I have NO technical skills (I cannot FTP and have no site skills) so it would have to be a complete membership site set-up. I am not interested to buy a script...I've tried those and its very hard.

My budget is around $100.

Can anyone help where I can get this?
Thanks

    It depends upon your budget.

When you say cheap... you are likely to get what you
pay for. Something cheap and unreliable. And, with no
technical skills you may end up paying again and again
when even small things go wrong.

I'd suggest you invest in something like: http://lfmpirebuilders.com
where you're sure of getting the level of help and support
    that you need.

It is unlikely that you would be able to get anything reliable developed for that price. Membership scripts alone can cost that much, and whoever developed your site would need to use one. If you already have a license to a script, you may be able to pay someone to install it and create a basic design for it for around $100, but I wouldn't expect much within that budget.

Respectfully, my suggestion is to take the $100 and use it to educate yourself on the skills you are lacking and then implement this on your own.

With no real budget you will have difficulties finding someone to do any this for you.

You either have to put in cash or sweat equity to begin any type of venture . Lacking the cash, I'd say it's time to study up and put in th sweat equity.

The alternative is to do nothing... that's the choice we all have.

I have to agree with this because if you don't have the skills, how will you support the site? Won't you need to add new stuff? Maybe change things? What if it breaks or gets hacked? Better to know the skills yourself just in case.

No offence bud but, $100 wouldn't even get you a decent 5 page static website.

I'd suggest brushing up on those 'technical' skills (it is Internet marketing after all), and using a membership plugin for wordpress. Something like Wishlist for Wordpress will set you back $97, and run out of the box.
