What's The Best Survey Software?

What is the best survey software available today? (Either free or paid).

Edit: I am especially looking for one that hosts the survey itself and also hosts the results (much like QuestionPro does... though I would prefer a free version). In other words, I'm trying to find one that does not require me to have my own website.

    But there are scripts available to install on your own site Like simplewebsurvey.com.

    I'd recommend fellow Warrior's Ed Turner quiz script: Opt-in Quiz Generator - Home

    It's an incredible tool that I've personally used.

    I've also used SurveyMonkey and it's a great tool as well, but not as robust from an IMers perspective as Opt-in Quiz Generator. But they are pretty different -- so it depends on your needs.
