How do you save your favourite Warrior Forum Threads?

I've been subscribing to them ... tried saving them as PDFs ... etc etc ... but might just DIGG them.

Problem for me is keeping track of them and not forgetting them.

What do you do?

I've never tried PDFs. Thanks for the suggestions. I usually just list it down on a list with a small description.

I save the best ones as PDF (the ones with actionable advice or a few that just plain resonated with me) but I rename the PDF so it's easily found later.

Those that I want to follow but don't necessarily need as PDFs, I just subscribe to the thread. You can set it to no notification if you don't want to get the emails.

I copy and paste into MS OneNote, and it automatically adds a link back to the original source page. I use a OneNote knowledgebase to keep track of just about everything, including to-do lists, passwords, research, and site information. I like it because it's easy to search.

I just click the 'Thanks' button on threads I want to save, then to find them again I go to my profile page and click to find all the threads thanked by myself.

    That's the simplest way.

1- Sign up for delicious, then go to the linkback tab at the top of the thread and add it as a bookmark to your delicious account ... very easy

2-Save the page as a book mark ... super easy

3-Save as a PDF by printing out in cute PDF... moderately easy, but if someone ads a post you need to update the PDF

4-Subscribe to the post and save the e-mail link... easy but clogs up your e-mails ... FYI and LOL at myself... in different forum's forover two yrs and just realized a couple of days ago I could subscribe to the threads

These are the four methods I've used ...current personal preference "Delicious Bookmark"

I save them in my favourites folder, or save them as word files.

To keep track of 50+ you can put a note in brackets, summarizing what it sis about, and save their filenames like this:

    eg-

    WarriorThread (SocialBookmarkTip_10 steps to SB)
    WarriorThread (Article Pitfalls_Tips)
    WarriorThread (Video Question_Youtube Uploading Qu)

Then at least you will have them in categories, and at least the brackets have the topic, to show what the thread is about, in quick glance

I used to save them to my Favorites but I find it much easier to just subscribe. If I am browsing the WF it is easy to just go to my subscribed threads and see what was bumped with new posts. Like others have said I have the no email option set.

I also started a "Warrior Forum Gems" Word document. I have it open when I am lurking. Many times I don't want to subscribe to the thread but there is a great gem or two. I just copy and paste - this way I have all my gems where I can easily find them.

I click on "thread tools" - "show printable version"

and then save that to an appropriate folder on my computer. I saves it with the original thread title which is usually a good description of the content.

Neat - thanks for sharing Kay. Your system seems more efficient than mine.

Oh so simple. I'll try it now.

        Thanks and Regards,

        Jeff.

Bookmark them on your browser. Might not have the if they get taken down, but why should they if they're good threads? Not as permanent a way if warrior forum somehow goes down or loses a bunch of data but I consider that unlikely.
