When you say, 'I am going to _____ this."
My best friend and I had a heated discussion in regards to power of positive thought. I told the person that if you say you are going to do something, like for example.. I am going to make 10,000 by Weds. She said that it was absurd.
Power of positive thinking would get you what you are going after. I always felt when you say you need something or want something, it was pushing it further back.
Am I in fantasy land or in different world? I just thought that instead of saying "want" or "need" saying I am "going" to do something would be better, right?
Any thoughts?
